class dqa.tasks.transformations.CategoricalToNumbers(**kwargs)

Turns categorical data into integer indices. Indices are computed separately for each measurement.

For each output data row, the values corresponding to these indices are stored in the field ‘Types’ in the metadata dictionary corresponding to this data row.
